Methodist Company Store Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Will my items be embroidered or screen printed?

Depending on the item(s) ordered, the logo may be embroidered into or printed onto the garment. The following items will be embroidered ONLY:

  • Polos
  • Hats
  • Bags/backpacks
  • Apparel with a zipper (example: quarter zip pullovers)

 All T-shirts and crew neck sweatshirts will have a printed logo. 

 

Can I wear items from the company store to work?

Uniform policies and guidelines vary among locations, units and teams. Please refer to the uniform policies available on the intranet, or check with your manager regarding uniform policies for your specific situation.

Polos available from the company store are NOT uniform polos. Uniform polos must be ordered through an approved uniform vendor. Please see the intranet for more information on uniform ordering.

Scrubs are not available through the company store.

 

Shipping options:

Several shipping options are available. Employees may choose from the following options:

Interoffice mail delivery: Free

Ship to home:

  • USPS Priority Mail (arrives within 3 days) $7.95 flat rat
  • UPS Ground Shipping (arrives within 5 business days): $12.95

Each order placed will be shipped separately. Please pay close attention to the locations options when selecting interoffice mail delivery.

 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We will process your order as quickly as possible. However, depending on the items purchased, your order may take up to four weeks to arrive.

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact an Ideal Images Client Support Specialist as soon as possible at (402) 596-1002. If your order has already been processed, a credit will be issued to the card charged. If your order hasn’t been processed, it will be canceled. Your card won’t be charged until your order is processed.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

Items from the company store are custom created with your color and logo choice, and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact Ideal Images directly for assistance.

 

Payment options

At this time, only credit card payments will be accepted in the Methodist Company Store.
